Course provides students the basic welding skills for:

Stick welding | Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)

MIG (metal, inert gas) | Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)

TIG (tungsten, inert gas) | Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)

  Students will learn:

• Safe working procedures
• Types of metals and gauges
• Types of welds
• How to weld pipe and plate
• Inspection processes
