NTHS and Culinary Program Partner to Serve Safe Harbor!
Get ready to make a real difference! The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) is teaming up with our Culinary Program to prepare and deliver hot, nutritious meals to the residents of Safe Harbor homeless shelter.
We need your help! Volunteers are needed on the second Thursday of every month, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, starting in December and continuing throughout 2026. This is a perfect way for NTHS members to earn those crucial volunteer hours for graduation recognition. All PTC students are encouraged to join this rewarding community effort!

PINELLAS TECHNICAL COLLEGE & Clothes Bin
PINELLAS TECHNICAL COLLEGE & Clothes Bin have partnered to collect and recycle old clothing, shoes and textiles!
So, please do not throw them away! Just place the items in the green recycling bin near our parking lot.
Every pound of recycled items supports PINELLAS TECHNICAL COLLEGE!
Below is a list of items that can be placed in our bin:
Clothing: pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, suits, shorts, shirts, tees, tanks Footwear: shoes, boots, heels, sneakers, sandals, socks, tights
Undergarments: bras, underwear, slips, camisoles Accessories: hats, belts, ties, scarves, headbands
Handbags: wallets, totes, luggage, backpacks, briefcases Linens: towels, sheets, comforters, blankets, tablecloths
As you clean out the old and bring in the new, you can help the environment and PINELLAS TECHNICAL COLLEGE too!
